Mostly before church pics this month with one day of Razorback game! It was Averi's first one! The girls did really well and had a lot of fun...however, we did have to call it a day at halftime. :) The first few pics are actually of my grandparents (my dad's) from a very long time ago. He sent them to my recently, and I just had to share them!

August was full of firsts for the Bottjen house! First sleepover! First dance class! First gymnastics class! AND the biggest one, Sydni's first day of kindergarten! She did so great and is having a wonderful time in school. Her teacher is Amber Dailey at Cook Elementary. There are also a few pics from the White party that Alex took. Hope everyone had a happy August! We sure did :)

Just some random pics this month...some of Mike and Tiff's pics from our Omaha trip and then lots of pool pics. My friend Sara from Austin came down one weekend with her son Zephyr to visit. The kids had a great time playing together!

This month we have been on the go! The girls went to Peyton's 3rd bday party at the Janet Huckabee nature center. They had the best time! Anything that involves outside Sydni loves and Anything involving animals Averi loves! So it was a win-win. Then we had a great visit with Jim's dad, Grandpa John and his girlfriend Carma. Sydni really took to Grandpa John!! He was a friend to her instantly!

What a crazy busy month we have had! There are pics from Lucas' bday party. And some when we visited the strawberry patch with the grandparents for Averi's bday. The girls had a blast! I could barely keep up with them. Then we were finally able to break in the pool for 2010! The girls could not WAIT! Sydni was so excited, and Averi was a swimming fool in her lifejacket! We ended the month at Sydni's preschool graduation. It was so surreal. She has had such a wonderful time at CPCDC and has learned so much. I can't thank her sweet teachers enough along with all the awesome kids and parents we have met along the way.

I was so excited for us to take the girls to the zoo for Averi's birthday! We were worried the weather was going to mess up our plans but it ended up being a perfect day to go! Averi LOVES animals and Sydni just loves to GO!

Averi had a great day! We had her party at our church's playarea. Lots of her sweet friends were able to come and celebrate with her. It was such a fun day :) Thank you so much to everyone that was able to come or send her a gift. She had a wonderful time!

Sydni had her very first recital! She did a wonderful job :) She smiled and danced and had the BEST time!!! I was so very proud of her. We weren't able to get pictures during the actual performance but we got some at the rehearsals. It was a very long night but very worth it.

We have had an awesome month! Averi had her Jitterbug performance earlier in the month and was such a little ham! She had the best time! We are  so proud of her :) And Sydni is full swing (no pun intended) with her tball team! She LOVES it and has the best attitude! (and shes also the cutest one out there!)

What a weird weather month we have had! There are pics of the girls playing in the beautiful spring SUN and then we ended the month with 6 inches of SNOW! The girls had a great time in both.
We were also able to visit Sydni's dance class this month and got some precious dancing pics :) Her recital is in May for those interested!!!

We had a snow filled February! The girls had a blast playing in it but I think they were happy to see it melt. Spring come quickly!

Welcome 2010! We had a great start to the year! Mostly pics this month of the girls playing. We really haven't gone anywhere exciting...lol The girls finally got to see some real snowfall! Sydni was SO excited...Averi was excited too until she actually got out in it.
